Description:
Polyethylene flame resistant plastic flexible pipe (bellows) made from premium polyethylene, UL94-V0 is a kind of lightweight flexible hose with corrugated inner and outer walls developed from polyethylene as raw material, its main function is offering a good protection to various wire harnesses. It is supplied with sizes from AD7 to AD108 and available in black RAL9005. It has the characteristics of good flexibility, oil resistance, flame resistance, low rigidity and resilience, matte surface, good bending performance.

(1) Variety of Sizes and Colors:A full range of sizes available with unslitted and slitted type in black color, other colors also can be customized as per customers requirements.
(2) Premium Material:Manufactured from heighten-density polyethylene (PE) with newly high tech, our wire protecting tube is thermostable and inflaming retarding, resistant to abrasion, corrosion, gasoline, oil, and other harmful chemicals.
(3) Good Features:Make your places look more tidy and clean without messed wires and cables. Good for easy cable management, it is also easy to install and clean.
(4) Unique Design:The tubing is a corrugated tube which is used to provide protection to a wire harness or any other product that may be subject to abnormal conditions, such as continuous abrasion & vibration wear, puncturing, water, snow, ice, salt & UV rays.
(5) High Operation Temperature Range: Operating range of -50 °C to 100 °C, short term up to 120°C.
(6) How to Use: Cut the length of the pipe to the size you want, insert wires or cables directly.
(7) Widely Application: Suitable to manage a wide range of industrial applications and electrical wires, used for machine building, electric equipment, industrial equipment, lighting device, engineering installation, electrical insulation protection, car wire harnesses, etc.
