Large tonnage yacht crane, self-propelled, self-rotating​ for boat maintenance

Product Description

There are two main types. The first type, generally called "travel lift", is usually small, with a capacity of 600 tons. It is the descendant of the straddle lift first used in the logging industry

They run on the track on the water. A boat or boat is located between tracks, and a lift operates above it. Slings pass under the ship and are lifted hydraulically

These elevators have the advantage of mobility and can easily place the ship in the yard of the shipyard.

Another type is often referred to as "synchronous promotion". They have greater capacity and are lifted hydraulically. They are fixed in place and a flat platform is lowered into the water, and the ship is supported on rails with wooden blocks and/or brackets. The vessel is positioned above the lift, which is hydraulically lifted by load sensing in the hydraulic system (hence "synchronous") to ensure uniform lifting.

The boat then works in place or is transferred to the work area by a track aligned with the track on the elevator.

Environmental Conditions

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4. The working class is A6-A7.
5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.
