Product Description
Shipbuilding door cranes are generally composed of transmissions, brakes, driving devices, winding systems, pick-up devices and other safety devices. It is a special crane mainly used for segmental transportation, docking and overturning of large hulls in docks or slipways. It is a large lifting capacity and multi-functional gantry crane. According to the structural form, shipbuilding gantry cranes can be divided into two types: truss structure and box structure.
The main girder of the shipbuilding gantry crane (truss type) adopts a truss structure, which can be freely divided into sections, and the joints are connected by pins; the outriggers are of steel pipe structure, which can also be freely divided into sections, and connected by flanges; this structure is convenient for transportation and disassembly.
When the shipbuilding gantry crane lifts heavy materials, it is necessary to add a pair of open gears to obtain low speed and high torque. The brakes of this equipment can generally be divided into two types: safety brakes and working brakes. They are used as control devices during work. .
