KBK-LS Type Double Girder Workstation Suspension Crane

KBK double-girder suspension crane is a kind of lifting equipment that is designed to move in the direction of orbit along the factory building, the lateral movement of the trolley, and the lifting movement of the hook. It is suitable for the loading, unloading and lifting in warehouses, workshops and stockyards of industrial and mining enterprises. KBK double-girder suspension crane is not suitable for high temperature (>+40 °C) and low temperature (<-20 °C), dissolved red hot metal and its workplace with strong corrosive chemical gases.

KBK Flexible Double Girder Suspension Crane Features:

■ Higher Lifting Height

Because the lifting hoist is suspended on the small frame between the two KBK main beams, the kbk double girder crane can provide higher lifting space than the kbk single girder crane.

■ Larger Span

KBK flexible double-beam suspension crane can be multi-track suspension, thus achieving a large span to cover a larger storage and production area, the crane can easily move by hand, but when the crane track span exceeds 6m and the crane load exceeds 500kg, it is recommended to use an electric friction wheel to drive the walking scheme. The maximum span can reach 9 meters. The lifting weight is from 125kg to 2000kg.

Structure And Composition:

KBK is mainly composed of tracks, suspension devices, walking trolleys, lifting devices and some functional components. All modules are standard components and can be freely assembled according to the needs of the workshop.

The track is a closed track, with straight track and curved track, divided into Ω type or C type, and the materials commonly used are steel, aluminum alloy and carbon steel. Because it is a standard component, it can be assembled into any structure such as long and short single track, multi-track, curved track or circular track.

The suspension device is generally installed on the lower edge of the I-beam/H-beam or on the concrete beam. It has a certain self-locking function and is easy and reliable to install.

The walking trolley is hung in the track, which is used to walk in the X and Y axis directions. It can be used as a manual or electric trolley as needed.

The lifting device is generally an electric hoist, an electric chain hoist, a pneumatic balancer, and an intelligent hoist is used in conjunction with a spreader.
