Product Description:
Rail transfer vehicles for heavy steel plate transportation are widely used in steel mills to transport steel plates or steel structures, steel coils, etc. The rail transfer vehicle is controlled by wireless remote control and hand control. There are battery power supply, cable reel or cable reel power supply, low voltage rail power supply, bus power supply, diesel engine power supply and other power supply methods for customers to choose. Rail transfer vehicles are usually powered by maintenance-free lead-acid batteries. The battery-powered rail transfer vehicles have no travel distance restrictions, so the rail transfer vehicles can transport steel from one bay to another, or from the production line to the warehouse. Due to the large amount of dust in steel mills, we take dust-proof measures for battery boxes, motors, and electric control boxes. We can also provide customers with some free accessories for future use, such as emergency stop button, warning light, car handle, power meter, etc. We can design rail transfer vehicles with different requirements from 1-300 tons' load capacity according to different customers.
