Description:
Rail-mounted container store cranes are mainly used for container unloading, handling and stacking in container railway transshipment yards and large container storage and transportation yards. Rail-mounted container gantry crane is composed of main beam, rigid and flexible gantry legs, running trolley, hoisting mechanism, cart running mechanism, electrical system, operating cab, etc. Rail-mounted container gantry cranes generally require a large clearance in the width direction of the door legs, so the upper part of the door leg is opened into a U shape and the upper part of the door leg is connected, and a trolley maintenance frame is erected. The rail-mounted container gantry crane can load and unload 20', 40', 45' international standard containers. The lifting weight is generally 36t and 40.5t. Depending on the site, the container storage and transportation process and the vehicles to be loaded and unloaded; the span is divided into 26m, 30m, and 35m; the cantilever has structural forms such as cantilever, single cantilever and double cantilever; The pile is divided into four and five; the upper trolley rotates and the lower spreader rotates.
