Product Description
Silvercnc single arm T100 five axis rotary table, using double roller CAM deceleration structure, The Roller Driver uses the roller gear mechanism,oneof the finest motion control mechanisms available.
The unit is constructed from an input shaft(the roller gearcam) and a turret(output shaft)fited with roller folowers. The roller followers are preloaded against a screw-like input shaft to completely eliminate backlash. Our proprietary adjustment mechanism provides optimum preload. The roller folowers planted in the turrt use internal roler bearings to transfer torque whle rotating. This ensures zero backlash, outstanding precision, and excellent efficiency without causing wear, while providing long-term consistent accuracy.
the 5 aixs rotary table have small volume, good rigidity, with excellent precision and excellent durability.The product can cooperate with the customer's machine tool design, save space, and can provide 20°~-120° tilt Angle, show the multi-axis tool machine surface processing application.
