The thickness of silicon steel sheet is commonly used in 0.35mm and 0.5mm.
There are two methods of assembling the silicon steel sheet: the overlap method and the counter-stack method. The overlap method is to distribute the openings of the silicon steel sheet one by one on both sides alternately. This stacking method is more troublesome, but the silicon steel sheet has a small gap and a small magnetic resistance. It is helpful to increase the magnetic flux, so the power transformer uses this method. The stacking method is often used in the case of direct current. To avoid saturation caused by the DC current, there needs to be a gap between the silicon steel sheets, so the stacking method will Put the E and I slices aside, and the gap between them can be adjusted with a piece of paper.
3. COIL category: divided into three types.
A. TOROID toroidal iron core: It is formed by laminating O-shaped lamination, or by winding silicon steel sheet. This kind of iron core is very difficult for winding.
B. RODCORE rod-shaped iron core.
C. DRUMCORE: drum-shaped iron core.
Thickness Tolerance
The good thickness tolerance is characterized by small difference in thickness in a direction parallel to the direction of rolling, small difference in thickness in a direction perpendicular to the direction of rolling, and high lamination factor.
Processing Properties
The product is suitable for punching and cutting with excellent dimensional tolerance.
