1. Why named Platinum Silicone?
Because we used platinum vulcanizing agent during produce process. Platinum vulcanizing agent is a catalyst that can clean all hazardous substance and peculiar smell, which is apply to medical, hairdressing and feeders.
2.What is the element of Platinum Silicone?
It is a polymer of silicon and oxygen, which exist in sand, stone and crystal. It is different from silicone rubber, plastic cement, which element is similar to glass (silicon dioxide).
3. Why the Platinum Silicone mold is so expensive?
In fact, we used purity 99% Platinum vulcanizing agent, which is ten times price than common vulcanizing agent, 250USD/KGS, but we as small profits but quick turnover principle, sale a low price.
4. What is the benefit to using platinum Silicone mold?
First of all, Platinum-Cure Silicone mold is very safe, no smell, accord with European standard (esfa). Secondly, great tenacity, long operating life, and hard to deformation. Thirdly, easy to clean and disinfect by boiling water or dish-washer (common silicone mold is not). Fourthly, high temperature resistance, up to 260 degrees centigrade. Finally, easy to remove mold, just use a little butter to do it, no any trouble.
5. How to use &keep it?
You can make cake, cookie, chocolate, ice cream and any other dessert by this product, for example, if you make a cake, please remember use small amount of butter,.which product is adapt to oven, microwave oven and freezer. You can easily remove mold after inversion 3-5 mins. Please remember clean it after use and sealed bag saved. Our product have a long operating life if you use appropriately.
