Liquid Silicone Rubber for Soap Mold Making is a two-component material, which consists of Part A base silicone and Part B CA30 curing agent; then the silicone base and curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction.
These materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster, polyurethane, PU, GRC, cement, resin, polyester, wax etc

Step One : Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step Two : Vacuum pumping . Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated .
Step Three: Pouring the vacuumed silicone mixture into the frame with original concrete mold .
The Silicone Rubber for Candle Mold Making is stored at or below 30 °C(85 °F) in the original unopened containers .
After 12 months,please use a stirring mill to stir the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for other performance.
12 months from date of production when stored at 25°C in the original sealed packages.
1. Packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside, and iron barrel (tin) outside,packing in 5kg,20kg,25kg,200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain,it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compound.
