We can either produce your customized mold designs, or you can purchase a variety of our molds that we design and produce in our factory. 3.What are the steps in the customized mold-mak-ing process? 3D Design>Creating the tooling> Tooling testing>IPQC for silicone raw material>Mixing &Cutting> Curing Compression & Raw material Trim-ing > FQC for manufacturing> Post Curing> Packag-ing> OQC> Storing> Delivery 4.Who can I approach if I have more questions? An account manager will be allocated to you and will be in touch with you throughout the entire process, from frst contact to completion. You can always ask questions and your account manager will be happy to answer them. Please bear in mind that, based on your location and tme zone, there may be a delay in our reply, but we will always endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible. 5.Are your molds food safe? AII our molds are made of 100% food grade silicone that compliance with US and EU market. 6.Is it available for samples?
