Thick Film Instant Electric Heating Element Plate
The heating element of thick film heater is mainly composed of stainless steel tube base material, inner insulating medium layer, resistance heating layer and outer insulating medium layer from the inside to the outside. Water flows through the stainless steel tube, and the thickness of the inner insulating medium layer is about 100 microns.
Stainless Steel Heater has the feature of rapidly raise temperature, high heat efficiently, technical mature, product reliability, thermal shock resistance.
