Micro-Channel Cooler Package (MCCP) is designed for high power CW diode bars up to 60W and 80W. The Micro-Channel Cooler (MCC or MC2) is a high efficiency heat-exchange heatsink. These MCCP package can provide up to >1KW CW output power from a single stack for directly heat treatment for industry, such as metal hardening, laser cladding, welding and etc. It is also widely used for hair removal applications.
