Product Features
Fully automatic up and down hot shrinkable film packing machine is new fully automatic hot shrinkable film packing machine. It is a high level of automatic specialization and high working efficiency.
1. With a vertical opening of sealing blade, it ensures sealing edge more stable and beautiful.
2. For package of product whose height is more than 80mm, its sealing effect will be better with straight sealing edge.
3. Adopt level and vertical photoelectric eye, can switch easily. It is fast to do packing for thin and small products. Very easy to finish packing.
3. Adopt most advanced PLC programming, easy operating ,which have safety protection and alarm function.
4. Workable with variable shape of product in single or combined package, especially suitable for long strip products.
Show Details
Operator Panel: Aesthetic and minimalist design, Chinese and English notes, Digital temperature controller can control the temperature arbitrarily, HMI supports all languages and can switch between multiple languages simultaneously for suit different operators. Various parameters can be easily set through HMI.
Electric Cabinet: Using Mitsubishi PLC and other famous brand electrical appliances, the machine runs smoothly and stably, the program after 16 years of continuous accumulation and update, has been nearly perfect, to ensure packaging speed and effect.
Solid knife sealing blades make a consistent seal and are long lasting, seal seam is neat and fix without fold line.
Samples: The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package.
