Technical Features
1. L type vertical sealing and cutting knife adopts vertical up and down motion sealing and cutting envelop to ensure the beautiful sealing line, with synchronous lifting and pulling film mechanism.
2. Sealing line height can be set in the middle of the product, to achieve the best effect. Excellent sealing line, can use various brands of shrinkage film.
3. Fast packing capacity, up to 40 pieces per minute. Conveyor belt adopts electronic brake to prevent products from stopping due to belt inertia, high control precision. Light punching device, flexible adjustment, durable.

Operator Panel: Aesthetic and minimalist design, Chinese and English notes, Digital temperature controller can control the temperature arbitrarily, HMI supports all languages and can switch between multiple. languages simultaneously for suit different operators. Various parameters can be easily set through HMI.
Electric Cabinet: Using Mitsubishi PLC and other famous brand electrical appliances, the machine runs smoothly and stably, the program after 16 years of continuous accumulation and update, has been nearly perfect, to ensure packaging speed and effect.
Thermal cycle visual shrink packaging tunnel keeping constant temperature. Can be set different temperature to suit for different film, wind direction and speed also can be adjusted to.
Sample: The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package.
