Product Feature
ZS-12060M + ZS-12070PE is a sleeve full automatic wrapping machine, It is designed specifically for single or products with bottom board. The machine can be connected with the production line to achieve automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and shaping.
ZS-12060M has introduced advanced technology and production process to ensure stable and reliable performance. Induction film feeding greatly reduces the loss of film. Digital display temperature controller can accurately control the temperature and can be seen it directly. Machine is controlled by Mitsubishi programmable controller to achieve mechanical, electrical and pneumatic stability. Three pieces sealing knife is designed specifically for perfect sealing. The feeding belt can be designed to feed on the left or the right side as required.
ZS-12070PE uses four wind motors to make the hot air in tunnel distribute evenly, Super-large cold airflow makes the products cooling and shaping quickly after shrinking. The conveying line is controlled by Delta frequency converter.
Imported coating alloy knife: sealing knife part with Teflon coating, high temperature resistance, no cracking, no smoke, zero pollution, sealing frame with high quality alloy steel, frame is not easy to deformation.
Air filter: large flow, kia adjustable, can remove moisture in the gas, protect the cylinder.
Intelligent temperature control panel: simple operation panel, easy to operate, intelligent temperature control, more accurate temperature, multi-choice operation, manual, automatic replacement, film feeding, heating independent control, reduce machine failure.
Safe protection, rest assured use. The sealing cutter holder is equipped with a sensor, when the package is turned over or the operator extends, the protection system will automatically start, the cutter stops cutting, automatically spring up and reset, play a protective role. Colleague machine has emergency stop function, press the emergency stop button, the machine immediately stop all work.
Jet temperature PE heat shrinkable machine: adopting frequency converter speed control, can adjust the speed, the promise to ensure smooth delivery and good shrinkage effect, use copper wire motor, low noise, long service life, use does not show just hair heat pipe, heat evenly, durable, energy save electricity, the tail has a cooling system, make the packaging film fast cooling, strengthened toughness, with no deformation.
