Product Features
ZST-5565CL is standard automatic vertical L bar sealer which is widely used in the packaging assembly line of mass production with high efficiency. Machine is controlled via a PLC which allows the operator to set the different times for the sealing operating,the temperature of the blades and also the length of film that is to be used. The machine has a variable conveyor speed controller which makes the machine ideal for both manual and automatic feeding. The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package. The machine is easy to operate and high in efficiency.
1. The product feed: Manual or automatic, two groups of photoelectric detect the product’s length automatically, the upper and lower photoelectric or both side can be selected according to the product.
2. Dimension adjusting: Width and height are easily adjusted by hand-wheel
3. Suitable film: POF thermal shrinkage film. Thickness range of film: 15-30micron.
4. Edge film collection: Equipped with edge film collection device automatically.
5. The temperature of horizontal and side sealing knife: Constant temperature.
6. The driver of horizontal and side sealing knife: Driven by cylinder with cutting protection device.
7. Control system: Mitsubishi PLC control, working stability.
8. Air pressure: 6 bar, filtered through oil and water.
9. Equipment with caster and foot cup device, easy to move and fix.
10. Fast-loading film system and multiple needle-rolling punch.
