Product Feature

This machine is applicable to a wide range, high economic efficiency, easy to operate. This machine is suitable for packaging materials PE heat shrinkable film. Compared to the traditional packaging forms, such as cartons, winding, greatly saving the cost of packaging, the packaging of the goods with the appearance clean, beautiful, compact, to ensure the quality of good ssuitable for long-distance transport features.
This machine has an imported PLC automatic program control, easy operation, safety protection and alarm function that effectively prevents incorrect packaging. It is equipped with an imported horizontal and vertical detection photoelectric, which makes it easy to switch selections. The machine can be connected directly with the production line, no need additional operators.
1. Using digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate which can be set arbitrarily.
2. Adopt Panasonic PLC programmable controller and WEINVIEW 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.
3. The sealing blade itself is also quipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
4. Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time which convenient to replace the shrink film.
5. Applies to photo frame, picture frame, flooring, aluminum profile, wood products and other products packaging.
