This packaging machine is appropriate for exporting moisture-proof packaging for small household appliances, such as electric fan, microwave oven, etc.
ZOSN ZS-11045M + ZS-11060PE is made by international technology which is suitable for a single item packaging or bottom tray packaging. The machine has a compact structure and a small footprint. It is very suitable for automatic unmanned packaging of automatic packaging lines. This packaging machine is appropriate for exporting moisture-proof packaging for small household appliances, such as electric fan, microwave oven, oven, and other outer box shrink packaging.
1. ZS-11045M is fully automatic straight feeding sleeve sealer adopts straight into and out design. Especially suitable for carton or larger items collection or single shrink wrapping.
2. Sealing knife uses the special steel knife with Daikin Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking and smoking.
3. Imported photoelectric sensor, positioning accuracy, fast response.
4. Adopt Panasonic PLC programmable controller and WEINVIEW 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.
5. The user-friendly control box makes the operation much easier.
6. Equipped with pressure device makes sure the position is stable even for the light product during the procession.
7. The sealing blade itself is also quipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
8. The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
9. Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time which convenient to replace the shrink film.
1. ZS-11060PE heat shrink tunnel adopts hot air circulation motor makes the hot air in the tunnel is even, constant temperature.
2. The chain conveyor made of solid steel covered with imported durable silicone tube.
3. Using imported conveyor motor and frequency inverter controls transmission speed to achieved step less speed regulating.
4. The separate control box makes sure the electrical components with good ventilation.
5. With cold wind equipment which play an effective role in cooling.
