Product Feature
The shrink packaging machine is suitable for large-volume automatic shrink packaging of cans, glass bottles, bottles of wine, mineral water, etc. It can also be used in wood, steel, ceramics, household appliances, computers and other industries. Designed for shrinkage packaging of PE film for large and heavy objects, the conveyor belt can be designed as a roller type, Teflon mesh or stainless steel conveyor net according to customer requirements. The large shrink packaging can also be completely shrunk in a short time. After packaging, the shape is neat, compact, easy to palletize, guarantee the quality of the product and the need for long-distance transportation. It is suitable for various shrink packaging such as PE, PVC and POF. material. The upper and lower side seals are equipped with stainless steel electric heating tubes, which have fast heating speed and long service life. The upper and lower air transport system and the super large air volume cooling system are designed to quickly cool and shape the product after heat shrinkage, ensuring a perfect packaging effect at one time.
This shrinking machine uses top-grade brand cylinders to work stably when pushed and sealed. The special design of the sealing vane deepens the sealing line and prevents the film from sticking to the tool. Concealed cylinders enhance operator convenience. the pressurization unit ensures that the product does not shake, even for light products. The shrinkable machine advances to the frame to ensure the perfect packaging of different shapes of products.
