Product Feature
ZST-7585CL "L" type automatic sealing and cutting machine is an "L" type sealing and cutting machine with automatic unmanned operation. It is widely used in the flow production of mass production packaging, high working efficiency, automatic film feeding and punching device and manual adjustment guide. Membrane system and manually adjusted feed conveyor platform for products of different widths and heights.
Technical characteristics
1. The sealing knife adopts Teflon coating anti-stick high temperature resistant aluminum alloy knife, the sealing will not crack,it will not be coking, no smoke and zero pollution.
2, automatic feeding, the length can also be automatically adjusted through the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with an induction motor to automatically take up scrap.
3, equipped with imported detection photoelectric, horizontal and vertical detection of a group, easy to switch selection, for thin and small packaging, can easily complete the sealing and packaging operations.
4. The temperature controller adopts digital display temperature controller and built-in PID function. The sealing knife temperature is accurate and can be set freely. The sealing knife itself also has an automatic protection function to prevent miscuting of the package.
5. When the size of the package is changed, the adjustment is very simple, and there is no need to change the mold and the bag maker.
6, different sizes of products can also be combined with packaging to achieve packaging results.
7. The sealing and cutting part of the machine is equipped with a plexiglass protective cover and an automatic alarm function,which greatly improves the operator's safety.
