Product Feature
Auto side sealing Shrink Wrapping Machine is widely used in packaging requirement for batch production, high efficiency, auto film feeding and punching, auto film wrapping, sealing and cutting, manual adjust film guiding system and in-feeding conveyor for different width and height products.
Continuous Side Sealer Continuously Seals the Package Side, A photo Sensor Detects the Package Length and Activates the Cross Sealing Bar. This Means There is No Limit to the Package Length and Allows for Higher Output and Less Film Waste.
The ZS-800T-CF Automatic Continuous Side Sealer Comes Standard with a 800 mm Long PTFE Coated Cross Sealing Bar, Max. 750 mm Packing Height and a High-Volume Output Up to 25 Pcs/min.
1. The sealing line is always in the middle of packing products.
2. Lifting speed of sealing blade is adjustable speed, adapting to different heights of product.
3. Adopt level and vertical photoelectric eye can switch easily. It is fast to do packing for thin and small products.
4. Adopt the most advanced PLC program with easy operating which have safety protection and alarm function.
