1.Open the package, check the product carefully, and handle it with care to avoid damaging the product.
2.Check the circuit and switch of the LED screen, keep the switch dry, and avoid leakage and electric shock accidents.
3. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, care should be taken not to open the screen for a long time;
4. When the LED display with more than the specified humidity is powered on, it will cause corrosion of parts and even short-circuit and cause permanent damage.
Q1. Can I have a sample order for led display?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for led display order?
A2: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q3. What is your shipping and packing way?
A3: Our standard packing for modules are carton box and for the led cabinet, we do wood box or flight case as per customers’ requests. For the mass order ( fit for a container), generally we do shipment by Sea.
Q4. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A4: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led display product?
A5: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
