Introduction:
JZC concrete mixer belongs to the self-falling double cone reversal discharge mobile concrete mixer, which can mix plastic and semi-dry concrete. The
mixing drum rotates forward for mixing and reverses for discharge. Each tank can mix 300 to 750 liters of concrete (referring to the volume of concrete after tamping), and can produce 8 to 75 cubic meters per hour. Suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridge projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories. During fixed mixing, a pit can be dug to make the hopper mouth flush with the ground and convenient for feeding.
This series of mixers includes five main models: JZC300 350, 400, 450, 500 and 750, among which JZC750 is a fixed type. In addition to being used as a single unit, it can be combined with a batching unit to synthesize a simple mixing station

1. Q: Which mixer model should we choose?
A: To recommend the most suitable model, please let us know your requirements and the details of your project, then will give you the professional suggestions soon.
2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?
A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
3. Q: Can we have customized model?
A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if any operation procedure is unclear.
