Introduction:
The JS series concrete mixer is a twin-shaft forced mixer, which has the dual advantages of stand-alone operation and a simple concrete mixing plant formed with the PLD series batching machine.
It is suitable for all kinds of large, medium and small prefabricated component factories and industrial and civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, waterways, docks, etc.
It can mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortars. It is a high-efficiency model and is widely used.
Maintenance of concrete mixer:
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the concrete mixer and remove the dirt and obstacles on the body.
2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment of each lubricating place, and add lubricating oil as required.
3. Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum for 1--2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and braking device.
4. During the operation of the concrete mixer, you should always check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
5. After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.

A: To recommend the most suitable model, please let us know your requirements and the details of your project, then will give you the professional suggestions soon.
2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?
A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
3. Q: Can we have customized model?
A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if any operation procedure is unclear.
