The industrial hose pump is a new, multi-functional and multi-purpose industrial pump developed by absorbing foreign technology. It breaks away from the operating mode of traditional pump impellers and shaft seals. It has the advantage of transporting media with high viscosity, high corrosivity, and large fluid impurities. It has a completely different principle from traditional delivery pumps and has a wide range of applications.
Features of hose pump:
1. It is a positive displacement pump with or without mechanical seal, strong self-priming ability, self-cleaning and other characteristics!
2. There is no pump valve or stuffing box, so there will be no leakage or air blockage in sealed pumps!
3. Simple structure, strong adaptability, liquids, gases, slurry and viscous suspended materials can be transported, especially the smooth hose cavity can pump liquids with impurities. Various fiber objects and soft particles with particle sizes can be transported. Solid slurry with tube diameter less than 1/4 without any clogging.
4. There is no need to prime the pump before operation. During dry operation, failure such as the main shaft seal will not occur. The liquid sucked by the pump only contacts the rubber hose, so it can transport corrosive and abrasive media that rubber can withstand, and can replace ordinary stainless steel pumps. .
5. It can rotate forward and reverse, without setting the inlet and outlet, with low power consumption, hydraulic power and volume.
6. It has good metering ability and can be used as a metering pump. The flow rate can be changed by selecting the size of the tube and adjusting the speed. It has a wide flow range, high metering accuracy and high repeatability.
7. Pipes are made of various materials (vinyl plastic, nylon, rubber, silicone rubber, etc.) and are suitable for transporting various corrosive, toxic, sterile, radioactive and other media.
8. One pump head can be equipped with 1-20 pipes or one pump can be equipped with multiple sets of pump heads to transport one or more media at the same time. 1 pump is multi-purpose, one pump can replace several pumps (suction and discharge can be operated at the same time), and the working volume is small.
