1. Which liquor can be used in this kind of chiller?
Normally the liquor above 30% degree can used this chiller for cooling.
2. What's the lowest temperature does the machine could cool down to?How about the capacity?
It can cool down to -8C--~-10C within 45 minutes, if you give it more time, it can cool down to -15C or more.The capacity is 900ML.
3. How long does it take for the machine cool to -8C?
Within 30- 45 minutes at an ambient temp under 30 centigrade degree. If ambient temp is higher than 30 centigrade degree, then the time will be a little longer.
4. Can the machine cool 2 different liquors?
Since this model with only one tank and one tap, so it only can cool one liquor each time. We have two-tap model, that one can cool 2 different liquors at the same time. The model is called SSC-515MT-T.
5. Is the machine for home use?
Normally it is for business use. But of couse it is ok for home use too.
