1. Working principle: Compressed air is fed into the glue bottle (syringe), the glue is pressed into the feeding tube, and the glue flows through the screw that rotates at a fixed time and a specific speed. The rotation of the screw forms a shear force on the glue, which makes the glue flow down the thread, and the rotation of the screw presses the glue continuously, so that it flows out from the dispensing needle.

However, when a large glue point is dropped, the screw rotation time is long, which will reduce the output of the entire machine. In addition, the viscosity and flow characteristics of the glue can affect its stability.
