The working principle of the flat vulcanizer When the motor is running, the oil enters the oil pump from the oil filter of the oil storage tank, and enters the control valve through the oil pump discharge pipe. At this time, if the manual control valve is in the closed position, the oil enters the control valve and the oil pipe. The oil cylinder drives the plunger and the lower template platform to rise. As mentioned above, when the pressure reaches the upper limit value, the electric contact pressure gauge contacts control to stop the operation of the oil pump motor, and the one-way valve is automatically closed, so that the pressure in the oil cylinder can be maintained. (The upper limit of the pressure gauge is adjusted to the required working pressure, but cannot exceed 16. 0Mpa). The pressure is maintained down to adjust to the desired low working pressure. The electrical contact pressure gauge contacts control the operation of the oil pump. Oil pressure rises again. until the vulcanization heating time is complete. Motor stops. Open the mold and take the workpiece. The mold is fixed between the upper and lower platforms. Generally, it is heated with an automatic temperature-controlled electric heating tube. After the rubber is heated for a few minutes. That is, the properties and shape are fixed by vulcanization. The vulcanizer has the same function as steamed buns. ! If the manual valve is opened, the lifting platform and the plunger will have the effect of self-weight, and the oil in the cylinder will be pressed back to the oil storage tank through the manual valve and the oil pipe of the cylinder, the lower template hot plate will drop, and the electric contact pressure gauge will be controlled. on the control valve and communicated with the hydraulic cylinder.
