The working principle and precautions of the flat vulcanizing machine:
Flat vulcanizer is a commonly used mechanical product in the rubber machinery industry. It is suitable for vulcanization and pressing of various rubber and plastic products. Fully automatic rubber vulcanizing machine is controlled by PLC with computer automatic detection system, humanized programming design, can automatically complete mold clamping, forced mold opening, mold shifting, vulcanization timing, setting of exhaust time and times, front belt flap, mold lift Multiple ejection device and other functions; working process cycle, automatic or manual switching, suitable for various rubber model products and non-model products, such as: seals, O-rings, oil seals, rubber pads, thermosetting plastics, foam, resin, Building materials and other rubber and plastic products. It is an advanced and reliable automatic equipment for rubber and plastic vulcanized products. The main function of the flat vulcanizer is to provide the pressure and temperature required for vulcanization. The pressure is generated by the hydraulic system through the hydraulic cylinder, and the temperature is provided by the heating medium (usually steam, heat transfer oil, etc.). According to the structure of the frame, the flat belt vulcanizer can be divided into two types: column type flat belt vulcanizer and frame type flat belt vulcanizer; according to the number of working layers, it can be divided into single layer and multi-layer: according to the hydraulic system The working medium can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.
Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:
1. Structural stability: a special four-column structure is adopted, the upper seat is reinforced with medium carbon steel, and the upright column is thickened and hardened to ensure structural stability and accuracy.
2. System: The high plane pressure equalization correction is adopted, and the pressure (18mpa) strengthens the nut leveling device, which can increase the parallelism of the upper and lower heating plates to 0.05mm.
3. Temperature control system: Adjustable from room temperature to 350°C, using intelligent temperature control to control the temperature fluctuation range within ±2°C.
4. Operating system: PLC combined with touch screen, whether debugging or production, can be controlled directly and simply.
5. Operating system: The optimally designed oil circuit and high-quality oil circuit accessories ensure the smooth operation of the entire oil circuit system from the principle and accessories.
6. Energy-saving system: The heating plate adopts the deep hole processing technology, which is closely matched with the heating pipe to reduce the heat loss during the heat transfer process.
7. The intelligent system can automatically push out the mold, thereby reducing the labor time of the staff, increasing efficiency, high output and saving time.
