This machine can produce two color plastic shoes, PVC jelly sandals, slippers, short boots.
Features:
1. Material: Suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.
2. Products:Specialized in producing one color shoes, slippers, sandals and boots.
It is particularly used to the making of all-plastic shoes, and short height boots.
3. The oil pressure circuit design ready for mold close will shorten the cycle time and upgrade productivity.
4. Pressure switch assures the locking strength by mold lock system for far better product.
5. The turn table may run reversibly in case of emergency to eliminate the abnormality and upkeep the safety operation.
6. Furnished with mold air-blowing device, the finished products may be de-molded easily.
7. The reversible turntable in case of emergency will eliminate abnormality and upkeep safety operations.
8. Computerization in analysis and design, the machine is well in stability.
9. Conformed to human engineering in design, it features operational compatibility.
10. It could be equipped with air blowing system and can produce light weight, particularly the need for reinforced cooling effect.
