Sleeve Bushing with PTFE
Specifications
Non - oil lubrication or less lubrication.
Low maintenance, with better abrasion resistance,
Low friction index and anti-aging.
Materials
1. PTFE with mixture 0.01~0.03mm
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3. Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
4. Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm
Features:
1. No pre-lubrication required
2. Able to working under extreme high/low temperature with low speed
3. Working temperature range: -100℃~+300℃
Self Lubricating Bushing is wrapped by steel backing, Sinter bronze inter layer and PTFE anti-wear
surface. It is wildly used in hydraulic gear pumps, oil cylinder, oil Damping bushes and piston rings for
automobiles and motorcycles and textile, food-stuff machines etc
Application Feature:
1). Working under oilless or minim oil state, maintenance free or just need a litter maintenance
2). Resist Abrasion, low coefficient of friction long operation life.
3). Operation in -195°C~+280°C. 4).Good mending, low-noise, non-pollution.
4).Thin-walled structure, light in weight, which can reduce the machine to small size.
5). Forming a transferred film during operation to protect, safe and trouble free.
6). Low demand to the shape even no surface hardness treatment, which lower the cost of the mating
components.

Maintenance
It is a bushing with PTFE sliding layer. Lubrication is therefore not necessary, but basically possible.
