Oil Seal with Rubber Exterior In NBR with one Seal-lip One Dust Lip And Spring
Shock Absorber seals are applied between the rod and tube, including motorcycles, cars, trucks and other vehicles. The main function of the reciprocation is preventing gas from leakage and external contaminants from entering successfully.
We have developed a range of advanced shock absorber seal solutions for many types of applications ranging from bicycles and motorcycles through cars and light trucks to heavy duty commercial vehicles. The seals use specially developed materials and designs to prevent the leakage of the dampening fluid / gas and also to minimize friction from entering the system during the reciprocating motion of the shaft. These are critical requirements for the longer lifetime of shock absorber seals.
Features:
1.Heavy gauge metal insert-allowing the shock absorber tube to be assembled over the seal in a number of different methods.
2.Garter spring-providing the correct radial load for the life of the product.
3.Dust lip-preventing contaminants from entering the system.
4.Optional gas lip-acting as a check valve.
5.Availability of compounds: NBR, HNBR and FKM covering a wide range of operating temperatures (-40 to +200˚C) and providing compatibility to oil.
