Working Principle

The air-suspended bag adjusts its shape and stiffness by inflating and venting. When the air in the air bag is compressed, the air bag expands to increase the suspension height of the vehicle; When the air is expelled, the air pocket shrinks, reducing the height of the vehicle. This adjustment process is controlled by the electronic control unit (ECU) in the air suspension system. Depending on the vehicle load and road conditions, the air suspension system can automatically adjust the air pressure in the air bag to maintain the stability and comfort of the body.

The elastic properties of the air are used to absorb the impact of the road surface, providing a softer filter effect than the traditional spring, and improving the driving comfort.
In conjunction with the ECU and sensors, the air pressure is adjusted in real time to suit the driving mode (such as sport/comfort mode switching).
