Anti Aging CCS Certified Pneumatic Yokohama Type Boat Rubber Fenders

Product Introduction:

Rubber pneumatic fender is also known as pneumatic rubber fender. It was fiest invented by the manufacturer of YOKOHAMA, so it now also called Yokohama fenders. After years of improvement, Shunhang's rubber pneumatic rubber fenders used special technilogy and material, makes it to have better performance  .

Initial Internal Pressures Are Defined As Follows:
1. Pneumatic 50 (initial internal pressure 50 kPa);
2. Pneumatic 80 (initial internal pressure 80 kPa).

Boat Rubber Fender Types Are Defined As Follows:
1. Type I — Net-type;
2. Type I Single — Net-type and one end with no flange opening and no metal parts.
3. Type II — Sling-type.

Type Requirements:

1. Type I and Type I Single (Net-type) fenders shall be covered by a chain net, wire net, or fibre net. Each end of longitudinal chains, wires, or fibres shall be linked together with one or two ring(s), which shall be connected with a guy-chain or guy-rope. Usually, these nets will be fitted with used tyres or rubber sleeves to provide additional protection to the fender body.

2. Type II (Sling-type) fenders shall have a lifting device on each end, which shall be connected with a guy-chain or guy-rope.

Specificaton of Boat Rubber Fender:

Initial internal pressure : 50kPa or 80kPa.

Feature of Shunhang Boat Rubber Fender:

1. Shunhang boat rubber fenders are designed, manufactured according to ISO17357

2. Technology : Overall winding , Anti high pressure, Explosion proof

Our boat rubber fenders can bear the pressure 1.5 times than the ordinary technology overlap joint technology.

3. Raw material of our boat rubber fender

Rubber dipped Nylon cord fabric, 1260D9091(1*2)and natural rubber, rubber ( Some factory use Nylon with less tensile force , and reclaimed rubber ) .All the rubber we use is natural rubber , not any reclaimed rubber .
According to our customers’ feedback, we have been improving the performance of our rubber , the aging of rubber has been greatly improved now. Our rubber has been tested at -40℃, the tensile strength at normal temperature is 18.4MPa.After -40℃, 120 hours testing , the tensile strength is 15.9MPa , there is no obvious change in appearance.
Our pneumatic rubber fender are also used in Canada ,Russia etc. After six months, customers’ feedback is our rubber pneumatic fenders are still perform well, there’s no obvious change on the surface.

4. The outer chain and tyre net .
Chain - we have hot-dip galvanized chain and stainless steel chain according to customer’s request
Tyre- we have truck tyre, OTR tyre and aircraft tyre according to customer’s request.
All the chain and tyre nets fitted with appropriate shackles , swivel and rubber sleeve etc.

5. Designed of our boat rubber fender is 6 to 10 years
