Description:
Our single drum electric mooring winch with warping head safe pull load range is from 5-800KN which is 0.5t to 80t. Electric ship mooring winch incorporates essential components including an electric motor, gearbox, drum, warping end, electric switchboard, and control console, all integrated into a robust framework. Electric driven marine mooring winch is designed for assist ship crew mooring operation for ship safety at port. It can be remote operation in wheelhouse and can optionally include spooling tool, auto tension system, force gauge and rope length gauge meters. The winch is applicable either PP rope and steel wire rope,The drum can be either whole part or split into two parts, one for storage the rope and one for roll the rope
Key Technical Specifications: The winch drum diameter is 16-18 times the rope diameter, which allows the rope to be wound neatly on the drum, reducing rope stress and extending the rope's lifespan. Additionally, all outdoor electrical components are rated IP56 for protection.
