Rail elastic clip is used to fasten the rails to the underlying base plate together with the concrete sleeper. Usually rail clips are made of forged spring steel which is produced by hot forging process. Because of the uniform microstructure of forged clips, it is considered to be better than other metal forming process.
Approved by China's Railway Ministry and certified by ISO9001-2008 and SGS authorities, Gnee manufactures and supplies elastic rail clips of excellent properties covering complete types and standards. Using optimum spring steel as raw material, the finished products show high tensile strength and corrosion resistance after a series of precise processing procedures.
