Spin flash dryer is a new high efficient fluidized drying equipment thatwe designed for solve the static drying’ s low efficiency and highconsumption problem. When designing the equipment, we combinedthe features of air stream drying and fluidized drying together. So themachine has reasonable structure and good performance, it reallyachieves the aim of low consumption and high efficiency of fluidizingdrying.This machine has a wide application scope, it can be used for dryingin fire retardant, molecular sieve, rubber and plastic assistance.pesticide, pigment, dyestuff, fine chemicals, feedstuff, pharmaceuticaland part intermediate industries.
Hot air enters the stirring, crushing and drying chamber in a certainspeed from the air inlet that at the bottom of dryer and producesvigorous eddy airflow. Material is acted by centrifugal force, shearingforce, impact and friction, the particle size of material becomes verysmall and mass and heat transmission is strengthened. At the bottomof dryer, big damp granules is crushed, small and low moisturecontent granules rise with the rotating air stream. During the risingprocess, the granules are dried further. Because of the rotary flow ofair and solid, inertia of solid phase is higher than gaseous phase, therelative speed of air and solid is big, it strengthens mass and heattransmission, so drying intensity is high.
