A positioning fixation system specifically develops for hip joint replacement surgery.
The design of the connection between the fixation panel and the locator effectively secures the patient's position, preventing
changes during intraoperative manipulation. This ensures that the surgeon accurately judges the positioning and anteversion
angle of the femoral neck, maintaining the patient's surgical position with the sagittal plane parallel to the operating table and
the coronal plane perpendicular to it. This not only facilitates but also significantly improves the accuracy of the surgeon in
placing the prosthesis, reduces postoperative complications, enhances the adaptability and survival rate of the prosthesis
after implantation, and increases the lifespan of the prosthesis,

Instructions:

1. Place the perforated backboard (base plate) horizontally on the operating table and secure it with pressure
strips to prevent tilting or slipping during surgery.
2. Place the gel mattress on top of the perforated backboard.
3. After positioning the patient in a lateral decubitus position, insert the gel fixation rod into the back according
to the positional requirements. As well as an open head ring and a semi-circular cushion.
