Industrial Roll Forming Machine To Produce Steel Frame C Purlin And Z Purlin
The C purlin is very straight and has good resistance to compression and bending, while the Z purlin can be installed with a reverse lap and the strength of the connection point is increased.
The automatic CZ interchangeable purlin machine has a fully automatic electric control system and is equipped with an error reporting device, which effectively ensures the safety and stability of the production line. The drive of the equipment uses a reduction motor plus frequency control, speed control and fixed length positioning has become much more accurate and reliable.
The machine can be rolled with two different profiles, without changing the forming rolls, and can be converted into two types of profile very quickly and efficiently.
