This upright rack roll forming production line is more expensive and is the type of line preferred by Chinese companies. The whole line is fully automated, giving the manufacturer a reduction in worker costs. Only 1-2 workers are needed to help load the entire line. After a certain number of sections have been wrapped and packed in plastic film, they are simply loaded and unloaded by forklift to the designated stacking position to complete the production process. Therefore, only 2 workers are needed to load the material, 1 worker operates the PLC control cabinet after loading and 1 worker drives the forklift to unload the material.
Thanks to the use of presses, the entire line can reach speeds of up to 10 metres per minute. In the forming part we use a 1.5kw traverse motor to achieve the ability to produce multiple sizes for future planning.
