Two Steel Profile One Machine Drywall Profiles Furring Channel Forming Machine
Since the dimensions of metal STUD and TRACK are relatively similar, if the customer wants to produce with one machine, then we would consider a double-row molding machine. In this way, one side of the machine can mold C90 and the other side can mold U92. One machine can produce two types of plates, saving equipment cost and reducing investment risk.
Ceiling keels include triangular keels(T bar roll forming machine), light steel keels(main channel roll forming machine), painted keels(celling channel roll forming machine) and keels(furring channel roll forming machine) of other materials, which are often used in construction.
