The solar photovoltaic bracket production line(solar rack roll forming machine/solar rack bending machine) is the production equipment for the production of solar photovoltaic brackets, depending on the thickness of the plate and the difficulty of forming and punching, solar photovoltaic brackets, is a cold-formed bracket designed for the placement, installation and fixing of solar panels in solar photovoltaic power generation systems. The seismic bracket photovoltaic bracket equipment is an automatic roll forming production line designed and manufactured by our company for construction electromechanical projects.
The brackets have serrated openings, in-line rolling and in-line punching.
1. Process flow
Loading unrolling → leveling → servo motor feeding → punching → cold bending forming → correction and straightening → hydraulic sizing and cutting → receiving (the production line works automatically and continuously)
2. Main equipment
Up tight uncoiler 1 set, leveling machine 1 set, feeding machine 1 set, punching machine 1 set, cold bending forming host 1 set, tracking cutting machine 1 set, unloading frame 1 set.
Punching method, according to the actual situation, as well as a combination of factors, the use of molding after. (seismic support roll forming machine/seismic support bending machine)
