7075 aluminum alloy is a cold treatment forging alloy, high strength, far better than mild steel. 7075 is one of the strongest alloys commercially available. With the increase of zinc and magnesium content, the tensile strength will be further improved, but the resistance to stress corrosion and spalling corrosion will be decreased. After heat treatment, very high strength characteristics can be achieved. 7075 materials are generally added a small amount of copper, chromium and other alloys, the 7075-T651 aluminum alloy in particular, known as the best aluminum alloy products, high strength, far better than any mild steel. The alloy also has good mechanical properties and anode reaction.
