  4. Mechanical Polishing:

    • Different levels of polishing grit can be used to achieve various degrees of surface smoothness.
  5. Bead Blasting:
    • Bead blasting uses fine abrasive particles to create a uniform matte or satin finish on stainless steel surfaces.
    • It can be used for decorative purposes or to hide surface imperfections.
  6. PVD Coating (Physical Vapor Deposition):
    • PVD coating involves depositing a thin layer of material (such as titanium nitride or chromium) onto the stainless steel surface in a vacuum chamber.
    • PVD coatings offer color options, increased hardness, and improved wear resistance.
  7. Painting or Powder Coating:
    • Stainless steel surfaces can be painted or powder coated to provide additional protection and achieve specific colors or finishes.
  8. Laser Etching or Engraving:
    • Laser etching or engraving can create intricate patterns, designs, logos, or text on the stainless steel surface for decorative or branding purposes.
  9. Anodizing (for Titanium Alloys):
    • For titanium-based stainless steel alloys, anodizing can be used to create a protective oxide layer that enhances corrosion resistance and offers color options.
