Equipment overview
1. This series of down pipe forming machine and curving pipe machine can produce the sealed color water pipes through forming the colored steel sheet and whipstitch it, and produce pipe elbows with different assort angles through the curving process.
2. The down pipe forming machine consists of decoiler system, guiding system, roll forming system, cutting system, final products supporter, hydraulic system, automatic control system and so on.
3. The curving pipe machine is suitable for the corresponding colored steel down pipe’s bending and reducing.
4. The whole machine adopts mechanical control for automatic production, the curving angle can be adjusted manually.
5. The production produced by this equipment are widely used in the down pipes of steel structures building, villas and so on.
