Chicken Farm Pulp Egg Tray Box Machine With Multilayer Drying Line
The automatic egg tray machine was applied in manufacturing molded pulp products, like paper egg tray, egg carton, custom egg cartons, cheap egg cartons, quail egg cartons, egg flats, empty egg cartons etc. All these products can be produced in the same machine by changing the molds.
Our automatic egg tray machine is a fully automatic type, using PLC control system, and equipped with multi-layers drying line, the whole production line is fully automatic, so this can reduce the cost of labors, and will increase the production efficiency at the same time.
Our multi-layers drying system is the newest technology for drying, can reducing workshop space requirements, and electric power and drying fuel consumption, etc
The whole production line is fully automatic running, which can minimize labor costs.

HRZ-6000M rotary type automatic paper pulp molding production line system basic constitution
The HRZ-6000M rotary type automatic paper pulp molding production line constituted by five large-scale systems:
(1) Pulping system
(2) Forming machine
(3) Drying system
(4) Finished products automatic stacking, collection and manual packing system
(5) Electricity control system
Working principle of egg tray forming machine:
Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.
