Aluminum rod is a kind of aluminum products. Application:
① 1000 series: for corrosion resistance and formability are high occasions, but the strength requirements are not high, chemical equipment is its typical use; Extrusion coils for food, chemical and brewing industries, various hoses, fireworks powder; For processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength, such as chemical products, food industry equipment and storage containers, sheet processing work pieces, deep drawn or spun concave utensils, welding parts, heat exchangers, printing plates, nameplates, reflective appliances.
② 2000 series: used in the requirements of high strength and hardness (including high temperature) occasions. Aircraft heavy, forgings, plates and extruded materials, wheels and structural elements, multi-stage rocket first stage fuel tanks and spacecraft parts, truck frame and suspension system parts; Mainly for rivets, general mechanical parts, structure and transport tool structural parts, propellers and accessories.
③ 3000 series: used for processing parts that need to have good forming performance, high corrosion resistance and good solderability, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical products processing and storage devices, transport liquid products tank, tank, sheet processing of various pressure vessels and pipelines; Aircraft fuel tank, oil pipe, rivet wire, etc.; Building materials and food and other industrial equipment.
④ 5000 series: this alloy has good forming processing performance, corrosion resistance, candle resistance, fatigue strength and moderate static strength, used for the manufacture of aircraft fuel tank, oil pipe, as well as traffic vehicles, ships sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp support and rivets, hardware products, etc.; For applications requiring high corrosion resistance, good weldability and medium strength, such as ship, automobile and aircraft plate welders; Pressure vessels, cooling devices, television towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment, missile components, armor, etc.
