3. Also check the laser fiber tip for whether it is dirty or be damaged or not.
Q2: What are the various causes of lens damage?
A: 1. Classification of damage: the abnormal of motor swing caused by interference, or the red light is too biased to be adjusted. And the sealing ring will burn out together commonly in this situation.
2. Convex damage to the lens: it is generally common to be seen in pollution, such as unprotected when replacing, and the form is a punctate black spot.
3. Damage to the plane of the lens: due to laser diffuse reflection, most of them are caused by reflection, forming a focal point on the lens, and burning out the coating. In this situation, the form is white spots. Convex surfaces also have this form, and the formation principle is consistent with it.
Q3: How to avoid frequent burning of the lens (preventive measures)?
A: 1. Use original lenses
2. Pay attention to prevent from pollution when in the replacing process.
3. Do not weld vertically as much as possible, especially when in the process of welding highly reflective materials.
4. Regularly clean the protective lenses
5. Replace the damaged protective glasses in time.
Q4: How to weld galvanized sheet?
A: If it is tailor welding, it can be welded directly without considering the zinc layer. In the case of stitch welding, a gap (about 0.1mm) needs to be added in the middle, so that the zinc vapor will overflow, and the welding shape will be better. If there is no gap, the zinc layer of the bonding surface can be polished off, and then welded as in welding carbon steel.

Q6: How does the welding workpiece not deform?
A: Fast enough welding speed and good fixtures are needed to ensure that the workpiece is clamped firmly, and then it is removed after a period of welding. If you think the workpiece will be deformed, you can reverse the deformation of the workpiece first, and cancel the positive and negative phases.
