Laser Fume Extraction Ststem with Drawer Type Dust Collection Box
RL-DG series products are characterized by cabinet structure, high negative pressure and low noise. They are designed for laser processing, circuit board processing and metal processing machine configuration.It is equipped with a turbine vacuum pump, built-in phase sequence, overload protection, schneider electric control original, and a Japanese dongli polyester filter cylinder to ensure high filtering accuracy and efficiency.
Characteristics
The power system adopts the internationally advanced precision turbine fan (air pump), wide pressure and double frequency, high reliability, low noise, long life, 24 hours continuous operation.The power can be selected from 0.25kw-15kw, the power supply can choose single phase 230V 50/60hz, three-phase 220-240/345-415v 50Hz and 220-275/380-480v 60Hz, etc. The special voltage can be specially customized.
Filter cartridge filter, high filtering accuracy
For the filtration system, the filter cylinder type filter is used. Standard polyester fiber oil proof and waterproof material, the filtering accuracy of dust with the equivalent diameter above 3 microns is more than 99%, and higher filtering precision can be selected.
Special set clean door, no second pollution
Manual ash cleaning method for air gun of ash cleaning system (as shown in the figure).
DG series basic industrial dust collector needs manual ash cleaning. In order to avoid the dust splashing and secondary pollution caused by manual cleaning of the outer surface of the filter cylinder, we set a dust cleaning door on the back of the machine. The dust cleaning can be achieved by opening the door and spraying the inner surface of the filter cylinder with an air gun.
Negative pressure monitoring, dust removal reminder
The negative pressure table is the standard configuration component of the whole machine. It is specially customized by PWC for industrial vacuum cleaners. The green, blue and red corresponds to the negative pressure in each power section of the machine.
Drawer type dust collection box, practical and convenient
The dust collection box adopts drawer type structure. When the dust accumulates, open the door plate, pull out the dust collection box for dust cleaning, and then put the dust collection box in.Convenient, quick and practical.
